Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate with 60% marks or equivalent for most branches. Additional technical qualifications may apply for specific roles.

Application Fee
- AFCAT Entry: ₹550 (plus GST)
- NCC Special Entry: No application fee
Selection Process
The AFCAT selection process involves:
- Online Exam – Covers General Awareness, English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning (300 marks).
- AFSB Interview – Includes intelligence tests, group tasks, and a psychological evaluation.
- Medical Examination – As per IAF standards.
For Flying Branch candidates, a Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS) is mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates join as Flying Officers with a pay scale of ₹56,100–₹1,77,500 (Level 10) plus an MSP of ₹15,500. Trainees receive a stipend of ₹56,100/month. Additional allowances apply based on duty and location.
